How To Order

Selecting products and ordering is straight forward and can be done in 2 different ways.

Mail your order to us

You can order by printing off this form and filling in the appropriate details while browsing the sections. Once you have chosen your order, post your completed form along with any images on CD in Jpeg format or alternatively send them via email so we can check they meet the desired parameters. Once your form is received we MedalMaster will contact you with regards to fulfillment of the order.

How to use our online shop.

1. FIRST VISIT: On your first visit to this site you may wish to view our information pages and acquaint yourself with our added value product. Our page headings: One piece medals, Two piece medals, Box printing, Accessories, and Special commission bespoke medals, will give you an insight into our product content to achieve an award with the personal touch.
2. SHOP: When visiting you will be able to view all our Medal, Box, and Ribbon choices. You will see a CHOOSE heading on each page, which will prompt your next move to enter product and further order information.
   
   When page prompts are completed this will lead you to your next and subsequent pages and finally through to CART. All moves forward will only allow compatible components to be chosen.
   
   When you have reached CART and then find you require further products, return to SHOP and repeat the cycle.
3. YOUR SHOPING BASKET: This page will show you the product selected, information supplied, and costs. Please check that all details are correct. If required, amend any information or quantities, recalculate, then PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.
4. CHECKOUT: Fill in the information requested and indicate your preferred method of payment. Select CONTINUE.
